Common saw blade manufacturing process:
- Welding saw blade: this is the most widely used sawblade manufacturing method at present, and it is also the form of most saw blades for stone processing, such as circular saw and row saw for stone processing, etc., which are all made into sawtooth pitch blocks first, and then welded to the steel substrate by welding method.
- Insert tooth saw blade: this kind of saw blade is mostly made with bronze as binder and cold press sintering process, mainly used for cutting glass, crystal, etc., but also for cutting edge of marble and terrazzo.
- Sintered saw blade: there are cold pressure and hot pressure, which are completed in different molds. It is used for the manufacture of small saw blades, and it is also a way to manufacture stone saw blades.
- Electroplated saw blade: this is the only way to make diamond internal circular cutting saw blade, and it is also used for the manufacturing of thin external circular saw blade, rope saw, bead saw, wire saw, etc.
