CNC Stone Profiling Machine is a equipment that used for copy shaping marble and granite stone. It is simple and easy to operate the machine, first you need to check size of stone materials and then fix it on machine table. Second you can set the CAD coding on computer, you should make the drawing according to the stone size and final size which you are going to profiling. If the machine is a regular type of stone profiling machine without cnc function, you just only put profiling moulds on side of the machine. After this step, what we need to do is set the blade, we will have to set the blade of left side right side and up and down. Compared with the traditional profiling machine controlled by PLC, this machine has the following advantages.

1. no need to make a model by hand, directly through two-dimensional CNC system to finish profiling stones into different shape of stone line
2. The machine has higher processing accuracy & productivity than the traditional profiling machine.
